Hi, I would like to become a Bank Manager in private banks like ICICI, HDFC and Kotak. So, what should be the minimum qualification and practical experience required? Is there any entrance also required?

Yes their are entrance exam to become a Bank Manager, you has to complete Graduation and appear for P.O.(Probationary Officer) exam generally conducted by SBI and IBPS(Institute of Banking Personal Selection).
