Re: What is the minimum education requirement to appear for Staff Selection Commission (SSC) exam?
Since, you have mentioned that you have passed your Class 12th so you certainly eligible for appearing in SSC CHSL ( Staff Selection Commission Combined Higher Secondary School ) level examination for which the minimum educational qualification required is a higher secondary school degree or a degree equivalent to same from a recognized institute.
Further, I would like to mention one thing that you are eligible for appearing in SSC CHSL examination even having failed in Mathematics only if Mathematics is your optional subject and failing in optional subject does not matter for getting passing certificate from your concerned board of examination. For more details regarding SSC examinations you can refer to the link www.ssc.nic.in. |

Re: What is the minimum education requirement to appear for Staff Selection Commission (SSC) exam?
You must have passed in all subjects in 12th board. After passing in every paper only you are considered passed and have valid degree.
After scoring good percentage it is also compulsory to pass in every paper. If you are from Science stream then must have Maths as main paper that is why it is compulsory to pass in that paper also. You can write SSC examination only after clearing +2. |
