What is the minimum educational criteria for the post of Sorting Assistant?
Sir, I have completed a 3 years full time Diploma course after passing my 10th Board exams and therefore I have not done 11th and 12th. I wish to apply for Sorting Assistant post in India Post Office. For, which they are asking 12th. Can I apply for this post on the basis of Diploma?

Yes,you are true.
Educational Qualification:- Postal Assistant/ Sorting Assistant : Candidate should have passed in class 12th from recognized Board of School Education. In certain states like UP,punjab, intermediate (+2) consider to be equivalent to diploma course but when you consider Gujarat ,intermediate and iloma both are different course.. So,it depend on which state and post you are applying for.. |
