Re: What is the minimum qualification required to be eligible for Bank Clerk post?
To appear for the banking recruitment examination the required minimum qualification is that candidate must have passed bachelor degree from a recognised university.
The age limit varies with examination. Age limit for IBPS examination is 20-28 years. Examination is conducted in various stages and you have to appear and qualify in all the stages for final selection. So, you are not eligible to appear for the examination after std 12th. Re: What is the minimum qualification required to be eligible for Bank Clerk post?
Being just a Class 12th passed candidate, you are not eligible to apply for bank clerical post in any government bank as the minimum education required for any banking posts is a graduation degree in any discipline from a recognised university.
Apart from bachelor's degree, you need to have basic computer proficiency and good communication skills too. Also, the age limit to apply for the same post is 20 years to 28 years for general category candidates with age relaxation allowed for candidates belonging to reserved category. Also, for your recruitment as a bank clerk in nationalized banks of India, you need to qualify bank examinations such as SBI bank examinations, IBPS bank examinations, etc.. |
