Once you registered for CPT you will get a letter confirming your registration number by the regional branch where you have applied for registration for CPT by sms or via mail within a month. But suppose if you do not get any sms or mail by regional branch then you need to call the regional office and then you need to share your personal details like your name, date of birth, dd number etc so as to get a registration number then and there.
