NDA is conducted by UPSC for recruitment in defence services.

In the examination only male candidates are eligible to appear. So, you are not eligible to appear in examination.

But, after completion of B.Sc course you will become eligible to appear in CDS examination and for recruitment in Army and OTA.

The minimum qualification is bachelor degree with age limit between 19-24 years.

So, if you have required qualification you can appear for examination and after qualifying in both stages will be eligible for final selection.

First thing I would like to let you know that being a girl candidate you are not eligible to join NDA ( National Defence Academy ) at any condition as only unmarried Indian male candidates are allowed to join NDA.

Further after completion of your B.Sc degree course you can join Indian defence services as a commission officer by qualifying CDS ( Combined Defence Services ) entrance examination which is held by UPSC twice every year.

* The minimum eligibility criteria required for appearing in CDS entrance examination are as here under :-

i) You must have the nationality of India.

ii) Your age must lie within 19 years to 24 years for Naval Academy ( NA ), 19 years to 23 years for Air force Academy ( AFA ), 19 years to 24 years for Indian Military Academy and 19 years to 25 years for officer's Training Academy ( OTA ).

iii) You must have completed B.Tech/B.E. degree to join NA where as to join AFA you need to have completed your bachelor degree course with Mathematics or Physics as main subjects from a recognized university. Further for IMA and OTA there is no requirement of particular stream and hence a bachelor degree holder in any discipline from a recognized university are eligible.

iv) You also must satisfy the physical fitness requirement norm as specified in the notification released for the same examination.

For more details associated to CDS entrance examination you can refer to the link www.upsc.gov.in.

Let me tell you that girl child is not eligible to appear in NDA entrance exam. Only unmarried male candidates are eligible to appear in this entrance. As you are a BSc holder so you are eligible to appear in CDS exam. You can apply for OTA through this CDS exam.
