In Public Sector banks, you can get jobs only when you clear entrance examination and its all stages. IBPS which stands for Institute of Banking and Personnel Selection conducts common written examination for clerk and Probationary officer.

The minimum qualification required is bachelor's degree. Bachelor's degree in commerce holder can apply for IBPS CWE exam. The age limit is 20-28 years for Clerk and 20-30 years for probationary officer. Your qualification of CS course will give you advantage during interview in your personal profile.

Though you complete B.Com and CS course, since you don't have any prior banking work experience, you would be eligible only for the entry level positions in various public sector or private sector banks.

You are eligible to apply for
-Probationary Officers
-Specialist Officers

The selection process would be through
IBPS Written Exam(Preliminary)
Main Exam
Interview

I would suggest you to give first preference for Specialist Officers positions and if you are not able to get that, then I would suggest to try for PO Exam.

The same kind of positions would be available in Private sector banks as well.

In addition to Banks, you can also find good number of job opportunities in stock exchanges.

Not only that, after getting Certificate, you can start your own consultancy business.

Generally all the companies whose paid up capital is more than Rs. 10 Lakhs and upto 2 Cr should employ the services of a practicing Company Secretary.

This is where you can find good number of job opportunities.

Starting salary would be in the range of Rs.20000/- to Rs. 25000/-.

However after gaining good amount of work experience, you can expect better salaries.
