I just wanted to know about the percentage required to be eligible to apply and appear for NDA examination after 12th class from Science stream with Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry subject combination?

NDA is National Defnece Academy. The examination is conducted by UPSC twice in a year.

The eligibility to appear in the examination is that candidate must have passed or pursuing in the 12th from a recognised board. The age limit is 16.5-19.5 years. Only male candidates are eligible to appear in the examination.

For Indian Navy and Air Force it is necessary to have Mathematics and Physics in std 12th.

Candidates with minimum passing aggregate in the std 12th are eligible to appear for NDA.

Further, the minimum education required for appearing in the NDA entrance examination is a Class 12th in any discipline from a recognised board of education. Further, to join Indian Navy or Indian Air Force wings of NDA, you are required to have opted for Mathematics and Physics in your Class 12th.

Also, I would like to let you know there is no minimum requirement of marks to be secured in Class 12th for appearing in the NDA entrance examination.

You require minimum 60% aggregate in physics, chemistry and mathematics as eligibility criteria in order to appear in the NDA exam.
There is no minimum marks required for NDA. You just need to pass in class 12th and that's it.

Cant I get good college after diploma in electronic and telecommunications? I scored 70% is it sufficient?

There is no marks percentage required for the NDA exam.
The candidate should pass the 12th standard with any stream from any recognised university.

That is only required for NDA exam. So you don't worry about the marks percentage just pass the 12th standard.
