What is the physical health requirement for getting into Police's SI post?
Candidates with fractured limbs and repaired limbs are eligible for Police's SI post of not? Could anybody please clarify me on this. Please, let me know the health requirements for getting in Police?

# Following required physical fitness parameters in order to get recruited as Sub-Inspector:
* Male candidate must be 165 cm tall while female candidate must be 152 cm tall. * Chest of the candidate must be 76 cm without expansion. * Vision of the candidate must be 6/6 in good eye and 6/9 in worst eye. * Candidate must not have colour-blindness, squint in eyes and night-blindness. * Candidate must not have flat foot, knock knee and varicose vein. * Male candidate must able to run 100 meters in 16 seconds and 1.6 km in 6.5 minutes. * Male candidate must able to put long jump of 3.65 metres in 3 chances. * Male candidate able to take high jump of 1.2 metres in 3 chances. * Female candidate must able to run 100 meters in 18 seconds and 800 metres in 4 minutes. * Female candidate must able to put long jump of 2.7 metres in 3 chances. * Female candidate able to take high jump of 0.9 metres in 3 chances. |
