Hi, what is the height and weight requirements for the post of Wing Commander in Indian Air Force? What are the other health requirements? Is there any medical test?

Kindly note that one cannot become directly wing commander it is achieved by promotion only.Initially one is taken as Flight Lieutenant.Indian Air Force recruits under three categories they are Flying branch,Technical Branch,Ground duty.The physical requirement for wing commander is same as that of the Flight Lieutenant.Every now and then officers have to undergo medical test in order to be medically fit.The height,weight and other medical requirements vary depending on the category of the job.For detailed physical requirement of Flight Lieutenant kindly visit the official website of Indian Air Force.
