What are the possibility to get a seat in either government or private college in Kerala for B.Tech Food Technology?


I want to know that if I get 50 percent mark in Kerala Engineering Agriculture Medical Entrance Examination or KEAM examination will I qualify to get a seat in government or private college to study B.Tech in Food Technology?
