What is the Procedure for admission in class IX..Please tell me the details

There are is no serious procedure to be followed for admission in either in Class 9th or 11th so you do not have to worry about the same .

You just have to visit to your desired school/college within the time provided for registration and have to apply for you admission in the same .

At the time of admission you will have to submit the documents such as Passing certificate , mark-sheet , transfer certificate , character certificate , age certificate , residential certificate , etc. verifying you as a genuine candidate .In case of change of board you will have to submit your migration certificate too.

Also various institute take entrance examination for admission in their institute so you will have to go through this for your admission in the same institute .
