I am a 23 years old (female), final year student of B.Arch. I wish to join the Indian Air Force. Am I eligible to join the Indian Air Force ? When and how can I apply ?

**for an architect to join Indian Air force--->
==>You should have given an entrance examination of CDS(combined defence service).

==>This examination is conducting by Union Public Service commission two times in a year.

==>The age limit is 19-25 years and 5 years age relaxation for sc/st candidates and 3 years for obc candidates.

~The following are the syllabus for CDS Examination.

1.General Knowledge

2.General English

3.Elementary Maths.

Yes.You are eligible to apply for Air Force.You have completed your Architecture.So , You are eligible for Flying branch & Ground Duty In Air Force.Air Force conducts Entrance Exam AFCAT(Air Force Common Test) to appoint Air Force Employees.

Eligibility

Flying Branch
- You must have graduation in any discipline with 60% from recognized university
- Age Limit : 20 to 24 Years on 1st July of the examination year.Candidates having CPL Licence relaxable upto 26 years.

Technical Branch
- You must have bachelor degree in Mechanical/Aeronautical Engineering with 60% from recognized university.
- Age Limit : 20 to 26 Years on 1st July of the Examination year.

Ground Duty
- You must have Graduation/CA/ICWA in any discipline from recognized university with 60%.
- Age Limit : 20 to 26 Years on 1st July of the exam year.
