Quote:
Dear Aspirant, To become a IAS Officer you need to complete any graduation course in the India. Also the student should be an indian citizen.Since it is a service for the Indian government. Then coming to the exam for the IAS.It is called as the UPSC Exam. You need to apply for it. It only costs 100Rupees for the application process. This idea was from the government in thinking that all the poor students should given a chance of writing the exam. But they are many rules in this exam in terms of caste reservation. For OBC- Max attempting of this exam is 4 times. For OC- 3 times For SC/ST/PH - No limit. So if you are one of the castes see these rules and write according to it. But my suggestion to you is to go for a good coaching institutes for learning the syllabus of upsc exam and excel in it. This exam has following rounds: 1st Round - Preliminary Exam 2nd Round - Descriptive Exam(Optional subjects) 3rd round - INterview Panel If you clear all these rounds then you will get a job based on the score you get in all these rounds. Main round is the last round it is the deciding round for many people interms of score and jobs. Hope this info helps you. All the best for your future endeavor's. Any more Queries.
