What qualifications should I have to work in NASA as a Doctor?

What kind of qualifications should I have to enter NASA if I follow medicine after advanced level examination? Recently I got to know that to work in NASA, you need to have US membership. So, I want to know what kind of higher qualifications I would need other than PhD and Master's in the medical field?
