mostly you need the communication skill..with a consistent score in your sems..your aptitude and reasoning should be good enough to reach the cut off marks of the concerned company..the cut off are different for different companies....almost every company recruit MBA graduates..like the infosys..mahindra satyam.TCS,cognizant.mindtree and all the multinational companies.....

in campus interview u must have the ability to clear the apti round

in hr they will expect good communication skills, strong technical knowledge , interpersonal skills ,positive attitude, team work ,etc.

To get selected in campus drive first of all you need good communication skills.And you should be strong in apptitude,reasoning questions.And you need command in speaking fluently in english.
