BBA is enough to get government services. After BBA you can apply Banking through IBPS, Civil services and SSC CGL exam.
By clearing these exam, you can get any Government departments. After BBA the most popular course is MBA(Master Of Business Administration),with MBA you can have lots of high paying jobs in reputed companies. Then you can go to different Hotels,Software companies etc. according to your branch. |

Re: What is the scope of BBA? Is it good for government services?
No you have heard wrong about this course and there is no such rule or provision or system that BBA graduates are not eligible for government jobs because there are many government jobs in which any bachelor's degree is enough to be eligible for such as - BA, BCA, B.Com, BSc, BBA, BE, B.Tech, BAMS, BHMS, etc. so why BBA is not good for government jobs, it is a very good bachelor's degree for a government job and after completion of your BBA, you can apply for various jobs.
If you have planned for MBA after successful completion of BBA degree then it is a right decision of your career but remember that MBA must be completed from a reputed college/ university/ institution because at present there are lakhs of candidates having MBA but not getting good private of government jobs and waiting for jobs that is why try to clear entrance examination of a reputed institute/ university then get admission in MBA. If you qualify the test and pursue PGDM or MBA from that institution then you do not need to have a government job because you will be placed by a private company or semi government company that provides facilities and salary more than that of a government job so do not worry about your career and start journey right now. If you want to create future with government job then you need to start preparation from now and also keep applying for some government jobs which requires just 12th pass so I have listed some jobs which you can apply for and get a government job while studying graduation degree : >> Indian Postal Office - Postal Assistant and Sorting Assistant Recruitment : A candidate having passed in class 12th is eligible to apply and age should be between 18-28 years. >> SSC Lower Division Clerk and Data Entry Operator Examination : Candidate should have passed intermediate examination from a recognized board and age should not be less than 18 year and more than 27 year. >> Indian Post Office Mail Guard and Postman Recruitment : All candidates passed in class 12th are eligible to apply for this examination and age should be between 18-28 years. >> Insurance - LIC/ UIIC/ NICL etc. Assistants Recruitment : All candidates passed class 12th with minimum 55% marks are eligible to apply for this exam but age must not exceed 28 years. >> State Police Service Constable Examination : A candidate willing to apply for constable post should be passed class 12th and age must be less than 30 years to apply. >> Lower Division clerks recruitment in different departments of India : Teaching institutions, ministries, agriculture and other department conduct recruitment for LDC post for candidates passed class 12th and having computer typing knowledge are eligible. >> Indian Railways Clerk, Group D, Goods Guard examination. After your graduation you will be eligible for various other jobs like : IBPS and SBI PO and Clerk exam, SSC Combined Graduate Level Exam, Indian Railway ASM exam, Insurance AAO examination etc. |

Re: What is the scope of BBA? Is it good for government services?
# BBA stands for Bachelor of Business Administration
# It is totally mis-conception that there are not much government job prospects after completing BBA. It is totally false, misleading and basless. # In reality, BBA is a bachelor degree. So BBA degree holder can also compete for government jobs as other degree holders compete. # Government job is equally accessible for all bachelor degree holders irrespective of the nature/type of degree. # Candidate with BBA degree can apply for following prominent government jobs or examinations: * Civil Service Examination conducted by UPSC * Combined Defence Service (CDS) Examination * IBPS PO Examination * SBI PO Examination * LIC Examinations * Railway Examinations * Combined Graduate Level Examination (CGLE) conducted by Staff Selection Commission (SSC) * Government jobs in Public Setor Undertakings * and many others |
