As you have completed your graduation in management studies, you can take up CA because it gives you opportunities throughout your life in the form of wealth. By opting CA, you would earn an around a package of 8 lacs per anum. But, one drawback is that it is a long duration course. so, for a better future, takeup CA. After doing CS, you get posts like Company secretary in companies and you are paid a good amount of salary like around 6 lacs package. |

WORK OF CA
ca has only statutory audit to public, private , others companies as per section 224 of companies act 1956. work of CS as per section 383a of companies act 1956, every compay having paid up share capital 5 crore and above should appoint CS as whole time secretary (WTS). and he has other works to conduct secretaril audit and to issue Statutory compliances certificate to BOD. so think u people which is more scope. CA ACT 1949, CS ACT 1980... CS Stared recently but its giving too much compitation to CA.... CS is day by day goes high value ... a persons who are not fit in theortical aspects its very diffcult... however CA AND CS are very very higher courses, nothing others courses are equal to CA ans CS ..... |

[QUOTE=khushboo naushin;1497019]hi...
if you completed the graduation and confused between CA or CS.. Let me clear one thing there is separate importance and role in business sector of both the courses. U have to put your more effort for CA rather than CS. If you are efficient in learning theory subject then you shoud prefer CS otherwise if u r interested in Accounts and tax as well then u should try for CA in my opinion. Gud luck |
