I have passed diploma in mechanical this year.now what should i do either b.tech or job?

It will be advisable to complete B.Tech first. You will find better prospects after completing B.Tech. A diploma holder is eligible for only the lower end jobs in any company. You cannot expect quick growth in your career. Being a diploma holder you are eligible to join the second year of engineering by appearing for the LEET exam.
