what should i do to crack IB officer exam in sep 2012? what are the books or study material / syllabus for preparing exam? Kindly guide.

IB is Intelligence Bureau of India and every year it recruits Assistant Central Intelligence officer.

You can apply for IB ACIO post if you are Graduate in any discipline from a UGC recognised University.

The selection is based on the performance in the Written Examination and Personal Interview.

The Written examination will be both objective and subjective type . There will be two Parts I and II. Part I will be Objective type and part II will be subjective type in nature.

The duration of examination is 1 hour 40 minutes .

The questions in the examination will be from following topics:

-General Knowledge and General Awareness

-English Comprehension and Writing Skills

-Quantitative Skills

-Reasoning Skills
