I have 5.4 CGPA in class 10th. So, am I eligible to join Polytechnic courses? If yes, then which are the best colleges.universities for Polytechnic courses?

Having 5.4 CGPA won't make you eligible for getting best reputed government polytechnic institutes.
You can't apply for them.

But yeah if you really wanna do polytechnic even though you have 5.4 CGPA, then you can apply for private institutions offering polytechnic.
But those institution degree won't be that beneficial as the degree of government polytechnic institutions are.
