What should be the minimum qualification to become Lecturer or Professor of Geography?
Sir, could I become a Lecture/Professor after completing my M.Sc. in Geography (General) course from Cotton University (Assam)? Is this degree enough or do I need to study for any further qualification?

To become lecturer in colleges, candidates have to appear and qualify in NET or SET.
The required minimum eligibility to appear for the examination is that candidate must have passed degree from a recognised university with minimum 55% aggregate. So, you have the required qualification but have to qualify in the examination for selection. |
