What should be my minimum marks in 10th to get seat in Delhi Polytechnic colleges?

I got 33 marks in Mathematics and Science and 56 marks in English. Can I get admission in Delhi Polytechnic or not? If yes, then also let me know the admission procedure and fees structure for different Polytechnic courses.
