What should be the passing percentage through out the academic for UPSC exams?

Am I eligible to attempt UPSC exam with 58% in Graduation, 90% in 10th and 82% in 12th? If not, then what should be the minimum score in 10th, 12th and Graduation to be eligible?

First thing I would like to let you know is that attempt to UPSC examination generally means attempt for the Civil Services examination held by UPSC.

Further, the minimum education required to appear in UPSC examination is a graduation degree in any discipline from a recognised university. Students pursuing final year of their degree course are also eligible.

As far as you are concerned about the minimum marks, you required in academic degrees for appearing in the same examination, then there is no such requirement.

There is no passing percentage in this exam.
You just have to do your best to cover everything and also write which is expected by UPSC, then only they'll allot you average marks.
Because the AIR 1 scores around 53-60%.
