hi!

For preparing for BSNL JTO exam you should study books on aptitude test as well as engineering discipline (civil or telecom or electrical engineering).

The standard of questions asked in the engineering section of the written test are those of engineering exams of any Indian university. So for dealing with the engineering section you can refer your basic engineering books.

For aptitude test you can refer the books by r.s.agarwal.

Also try to solve sample papers & previous years JTO question papers.

what type of prepration i hv done for jto

Trust me, this is the most easiest exam an ece student can opt, if he/she is worth enough... u can prepare all the communication subjects of your branch..., which covers all the major area of the exam... Then u can give priority to others.. ALL THE BEST

In JTO exam there is two sections i.e. Technical & Non-Technical.

In Technical Section you prepare your branch related question or purchase a competitive exam book from market, for your branch.

In Non-Technical Section you prepare reasoning, aptitude, general knowledge, current affairs, english etc.

Or

You can join any coaching institute for both Technical & Non-Technical section.

For JTO exam, passed candidate & final year appearing candidates are eligible.

See first you need to know the pattern of JTO..

Question Paper containing the following 3 sections:-

For JTO (Telecom):

Section-I: Engineering stream: 50 questions
Section-II: Engineering stream: 50 questions
Section-III: General Ability Test: 20 questions

For JTO (Electrical);

Section-I: Electrical Engineering stream: 50 questions
Section-II: Electrical Engineering stream: 50 questions
Section-III: General Awareness: 20 questions

For JTO (Civil):

Section-I: Civil Engineering stream: 50 questions
Section-II: Civil Engineering stream: 50 questions
Section-III: General Ability Test: 20 questions


1.)SO BASED on this you need to divide your time and need to give equal time for all the section...

2.)try to solve as many as question you can solve.

3.)Give full dedication to the subjects...
