Preliminary stage is the first stage of the UPSC examination of the Civil Services. The examination is one of the toughest of all other examination.
The syllabus for the examination is mainly General studies,Quantitative Aptitude, English and General knowledge. So to qualify it is must essential to have the food knowledge. It contains the CSAT. For more information visit at the www.upsc.gov.in |

Hello,
Preliminary exam is conducted once every year in the month of Aug/Sep every year. This year the exam is going to be conducted on 23rd August 2015. You will be require the study the following exam for the preparation of the examination. 1. English 2. General Knowledge 3. Reasoning 4. Maths 5. Mental Ability The exam is objective type and you will be required to clear the exam to get qualified for the mains exam. One more thing which you should know is that the marks obtained by you in the pre examination will not be considered in over all ranking but still it is mandatory to clear the exam. Thanks |
