What is the syllabus to prepare for CET? I have completed diploma in CET


hello,dis year m going to give diploma cet. n i have little idea about cet. but i dont know hat is exact syllabus to prepare for cet.
so please give me guideline about this

Karnataka Examination Authority conducts Diploma Common Entrance Test (DCET).Through this entrance exam you will able to take admission in Full time Engineering course which will be approved from the AICTE.Through this entrance exam you will be able to take admission in Private and Government Engineering colleges in KARNATAKA.

This exam is conducted for Diploma holders who wish to take admission in B.Tech Engineering course.Through this exam Diploma candidates will get lateral Entry in B.Tech Engineering.After passing this entrance test you will get direct admission in 2 year of Engineering.

Eligibility requirements details

Educational qualification :
  • Candidates should have a Diploma in appropriate Engineering branch .
  • Candidates Diploma Engineering degree should be approved from the Board of Technical Examination of Karnataka.
Marks required :
  • Candidates from General/OBC category should have a minimum of 55% marks in Diploma.
  • Candidates from SC/ST category should have a minimum of 50% marks in Diploma.
Application Form Fee :
  • General Category - Rs 650.
  • SC/ST/OBC Category - Rs 500.
Exam Pattern for DCET
  • Total number of questions will be 200 and each section will include 50 questions.
  • Total duration of this entrance test will be 2 hour and 30 minutes.
  • Total marks for this entrance test will be 400.
  • For each correct answer you will get 2 marks and for each wrong answer 1 marks will be deduced.
Exam Syllabus for DCET
  • Physics - 50 Questions.
  • Chemistry - 50 Questions.
  • Mathematics - 50 Questions.
  • English Comprehension - 50 Questions.

The DCET exam will be conducted for 180 marks.....100 marks are carried for your subject syllabus ..ex:if your computer science field then all ur field related subjects like programing and all.... and 80 marks will be conducted for maths and science sake....
and also take refference from last year previous question papers

How should i prepare for cet exam after completion of diploma in civil branch???? And what are syllabus for civil branch?? N I want to refer for previous year model Question and Answer Paper Please Can you help me....
