What is the TS-EAMCET cut-off for admission in JNTUU, Hyderabad?
I am considered as a non local. Will I get Civil seat in JNTU, Hyderabad? My rank is 5800 in Telangana State EAMCET. Am I eligible? Which are other good universities in Hyderabad apart from JNTU?

JNTU College of Engineering, Hyderabad has closing rank of 2308 (Male) and 2508 (Female) of TS EAMCET exam for Civil Engineering branch.
Since, your TS EAMCET rank is 5800, so it would be nearly difficult to get admission in JNTU College. Other institutes in which you may try for admission for Civil Engineering seat are listed below:
