What type of exercise girl should prefer to join Indian Air Force? Please, do let me know asap.

For IAF (Indian Air Force) you need be very fit. Some of the physical activities are:

- Team sports (football, volley ball etc.,)
- Individual sports (swimming, wrestling etc.,)
- Upper body strengthening exercises.
- Jogging (5 miles daily, you need to improve your speed daily)
- Warm up exercises (arm circulation, leg stretches and body stretches etc.,)
- Pull up's and push up's
- Bicep curls
- Jumping jacks
- Walking (min 1 mile)
After every exercise take little rest and continue doing it.

As per my knowledge these are the few exercise to built up fitness.

Physical Standards Required for Girl Candidates in IAF:

There are several ways to join Indian Air Force. One of the best ways to join Indian Air Force is through AFCAT Examination. Again there are several branches available in this AFCAT. They are,

>> Flying Branch
For Women - 162.5 cms with correlated weight

>> Ground Duty Branch
For Women - 157.5 cms with correlated weight

>> Technical Branch
For Women - 152 cms with correlated weight

>> Minimum Visual Acuity 6/6 in one eye and 6/9 in an another eye
