Animation course is getting very demanding among young students. It has a bright future and also its demand is increasing. Earlier it was just a plane movie but now it has reached to 2D, 3D and very soon 4D will be common. So it requires many young and talented minds who can think differently and have passion for innovation as innovation is root of this sector.

To take admission in animation colleges in India first of all complete your studies i.e. after 12th if you will go for it you will be in benefit. You can write following test for admission:

1. Arena Animation Academy Entrance Exam
2. DSK International Institute for Industrial Design, Animation and Gaming Entrance Exam
3. Picasso Animation College Entrance Exam
4. Thakur-Toonskool Advanced Animation Academy Entrance Exam
5. Mudra Institute of Communications Entrance Exam
6. Accel Animation Academy Entrance Exam
7. FX School Of Animation Entrance Exam
8. National School of Design Animation Entrance Exam

Its better if you will go for graduation program in animation as it will provide you more opportunity and is valued more. Thus you an go for any of the following courses as per your own interest:

1. B.A Digital Media
2. B.A. (Hons) 3D Animation
3. B.A. Animation and Graphic design
4. B.A. Multimedia
5. B.Sc. Animation
6. B.Sc. Animation and Game Technology
7. B.Sc. Animation and Multimedia
8. B.Sc. Multimedia
9. B.Sc. Digital Media

After this you can go for post graduate also if you want a good growth in your career. You can also go for some diploma course but it will not be valued very much.

Fee structure for any animation college is around 40,000-70,000/- per year according the college and course you will take.

Question in these entrance exams will be asked from quantitative ability, verbal ability and communication skill plus your interest etc. It will not be very technical as it will only judge your analytical skill which may be easy or hard depends on your personal skill of solving problems.
