For M.A entrance examination no need to worry as questions are set according to the graduate syllabus as well as 10+2 syllabus only. No questions are set out of the syllabus. The questions can be of essay type or can come as short questions which you have to write your answers in brief within certain limits or questions might come as multiple choice questions where you will be given four options and you have to select one of the given option. I would rather advice you to ask your seniors for previous year question papers and prepare yourself accordingly.

Well entrance exam is generally conducted so that equality can be maintained and also deserving candidates atleast get a chance to be selected according to the performance,
Prepare well for your entrance test, full marks of entrance examination is 100 out of which you need to score minimum 35%.
