What is the validity of Indian Institution of Engineers certificate?


Is Karnataka Open University on distance education issued B.Tech certificate valued or not? It is recognised by UGC, DEC and approved by AICTE or not? It is valid fro Government job in Andhra Pradesh or not?

*Karnataka State Open University (KSOU) is recognised by UGC.
**All distance learning degrees awarded with recognition from distance education Council
(DEC) are valid degrees for applying and obtaining central government jobs.
***The Technical programs offered by the Karnataka State Open University [KSOU], are
not recognized by All India Council for Technical Education [AICTE].
