ICWA is a certification course. You will be specialising in the field of cost and management accounts. There are various areas you can specialise in MBA like HR, marketing, finance etc. The value will be based on the institute from where you pursue the same. If you join one of top reputed institutes then the value will be higher. But your decision to join for a course should be based on the area where you have interest.
