Your question lack proper information. What you actually want to ask in not at all understandable? When you have mentioned the pay scale, then why are you asking about the salary. On the basis of pay scale for a particular post the salary is calculated. But, it completely depends on your academic qualification, experience (if you have any), your inter-personal skills, and the way you negotiate your annual compensation.

Mr. Sandeep... That guy question is quite understandable.... Guy is asking about Govt pay structure i.e 16400-40400 that is called Engineer/Manager/Sr. Engineer or E1 level
