When can I get the VT confirmation slip from BSL, Bokaro?

Sir, my Summer Training is from tomorrow in BSL, Bokaro but still I didn't get any VT confirmation slip. How much time does BSL, Bokaro takes to issue the VT confirmation slip? Will I get after joining?
