You need to visit the college admission department to get admission application forms for B.Sc.
You haven't mentioned the name of the institution! If you would have given the name i would have given you the proper contact details to collect the forms from.
However, i would like to inform you that almost all the colleges have already rolled out the admission forms. Either visit their website to download the forms or the campus.
