CPT examination is conducted by Institute of Chartered Accountant of India (ICAI). CPT (Common Proficiency test) conducted twice in a year, in June and December. ICAI conduct a CA Examination in three different levels i.e.

1. CPT (Common Proficiency test)
2. Integrated Professional Competence Examination (Intermediate)
3. Final examination.

Aspirants have two passes the CPT examination first. The examination other than CPT is conducted in May and November every year.

The dates for CA CPT 2015 examination is already available on the official website.

Last date of registration for CPT examination is 28/April/2014.

Interested candidates fill up the examination application form online at http://icaiexam.icai.org from 7th April, 2015 to 28th April, 2015 (17.30 hrs) and remit the fee online.

The examination is an objective type and those who crack this stage are eligible for CA Course.

The Common Proficiency Test will be held on Sunday, 14th June, 2015 in two sessions as below:

1. Morning Session

~~Timing:
10.30 AM to 12.30 PM

~~Subjects:
Section - A Fundamentals of Accounting
Section - B Mercantile Laws


2. Afternoon Session:

~~Timing:
2.00 PM to 4.00 PM (IST)

~~Subjects:
Section - C General Economics
Section - D Quantitative Aptitude.

Those who have appeared and passed in 12th examination are eligible to register for CA CPT Examination.

CPT stands for Common Proficiency Test. This exam is conducted by the ICAI (Institute of Chartered Accountant of India) twice time in a year.

It is generally conducted in the month of June and December every year. It is the first level examination for CA course.

Candidates who have completed at least their 10+2 or bachelor degree in any discipline are eligible to apply for this exam.

No any percentages criteria for 10+2 candidates but, candidates from commerce background should have secured at least 50% marks while, candidates from non-commerce background should have secured at least 55% marks without maths and 60% marks with maths.

Exam Dates:

• Last date for online application: 28th April 2015.
• Exam date: 14th June 2015 (Sunday).

Exam is conducted in two sessions i.e., Morning session and Afternoon session.

CPT stands for Common Proficiency Test. This exam is conducted by the ICAI (Institute of Chartered Accountant of India) twice time in a year.

You can apply for the CPT 2015 exam till 28.4.2015. The exam is scheduled to be held on 14.6.2015.

CPT stands for Common Proficiency Test.This test is conducted for the Charted Accountant Posts.This test is conducted by Institute of Chartered Accountant of India (ICAI).This exam is conducted twice in a year.ICAI Conducts the exam in three stages.if Candidate pass one then he/she will be eligible for the next one exam.CPT is first stage of this Exam.

Candidates who have passed the higher secondary Exam and Graduates candidates are eligible to apply for this Exam.There is no percentage criteria for 12th and 50% for Graduate Students.
