I am doing my Bsc(IT) 1st year if i want to write jam 2016 exam for Msc when shall i start my preparation and when shall i write the exam ?

Sorry, you are not eligible to appear for the JAM examination in the 2016. As according to your qualification.

Since, you are in the first year you can start the preparation for the examination to qualify in the examination. As the JAM examination is conducted by the IIT or IISc every year for the admission in the M.Sc courses in IIT.

So you need to start the preparation for examination but cannot appear in the examination.

Sorry, you are not eligible to appear for the JAM examination conducted for the admission in the M.Sc course in the IIT in 2016.

Sine the required eligibility to appear for the examination is candidates must have passed or in the final year of graduation can appear. So you have to wait for few year to appear in the examination.

But you can start the preparation for the examination as it is not going to qualify easily without hard work.
