Please tell me when publish the 12th rlst(at)recruitment.and b.ed . Is must for this recruitment

You did not mention the board that you have appeared 12th standard from. Different boards have examinations scheduled at different times. According to that the time to publish the results also differ. Generally, such examinations publish results in around 3 months after the examinations. Normally the state and central board examinations are held in the month of March. So the results of the 12th standard examination for state and central boards of examinations come out in the month of May or June. Sometimes it might be delayed till July. Sometimes central board examinations for 12th standard are taken in the month of April. Then the results are sure to come in the month of July.
Now, to answer the next part of your question, B.Ed. is only necessary, if you are applying to be a teacher in a school. Otherwise B.Ed. is not necessary for any other recruitment. So if you wish to teach in school, apply for a 1 year B.Ed. course after your graduation.
