when the ibps clerk exam will be conducted?...please tell me the date for the same

Date of IBPS clerk exam is not yet notified. You can expect the exam by this year itself. Information on this can be collected from IBPS portal. Visiting IBPS portal will help you to have updated information. Exam pattern, application process, etc are available in published exam notification.

The IBPS Clerk exam was recently concluded in March. The next exam will be conducted some time later in the year. Generally it is conducted around October however it is not a rule.

IBPS Clerk is conducted for 19 Public Sector Banks. The responsibility of conducting the exam is on Institute of Banking Personnel Services. The IBPS issues notification for the exam.

The notification is issued around at least 1 month in advance after which you can register to appear for the exam. The entire procedure to appear for the exam is mentioned in the notification.

Notification is published on the employment dailies as well leading newspapers in the country like Times of India and Hindustan Times. You can also access it online on www.ibps.in which is the official website of Institute of Banking Personnel Services.


Eligibility Criteria

1. The candidate should be Indian citizen.

2. Bachelor degree is the qualifying course required.

3. No minimum percentage criteria in graduation.

4. Diploma or degree in Computers is required.

5. You can also appear if Computers/IT was a subject in 12th or college.

6. Must be able to fluently write/speak official language of the state where you want job.

7. Minimum age should be 20 years to apply.

8. Should not be older than 28 years to apply for the exam.

9. OBC candidate can appear till 31 years.

10. SC and ST are granted 5 years of relaxation in upper age limit.

11. Person With Disability can appear for exam till 38 years.
