The JELET examination forms are available from April to May. This year the JELET examination forms were avaiable from from 12.04.2012 to 05.05.2012 from some branches of AXIS bank. These forms are not available on holidays and Sundays.

The cost of the form is Rs. 350/-
You can also get the form By post For this you will have to send a postal request along with a Demand Draft / Pay Order of Rs. 450/- (application fee of Rs. 350/- + Speed Post & other
charges of Rs. 100/-)
THe Demand Draft should be in favour of ‘WEST BENGAL JOINT ENTRANCE EXAMINATIONS BOARD’
payable at KOLKATA / HOWRAH

This year the last date for postal request was 23.04.2011.

The address of the Office of West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board for postal request and for sending the filled application form is
AQ-13/1, Sector – V, Salt Lake City, Kolkata – 700 091

The last date for the reaching of application form to the office this year was 10th May
