Hello friend,
Since the NDA exam II was conducted on 21-08-2011, the result will be published in the month of December 2011, maybe, during the first two week of the month.
However, the result will be published on the official website of union public service commission and you must keep yourself updated by visiting the website quite often.

I am given to understand that result of nda/na-11 will be declared on 23 04 24th of November. Is it true ? if not when it is expected.
