GATE application form Issued in the official website in September every year. GATE stands for Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering and this examination is conducted Jointly by the Indian Institute of Science and seven IITs. This year Examination Notification was already published and the last date of apply for this examination was already closed.

If you have not apply for this examination this year, then you have missed the chance and you have to wait for next year Notification, Only then you can apply for GATE Examination.

To apply for this examination, you have to complete your 4 year graduate degree course in Engineering/Technology/Architecture.

OR

You have to complete your Master degree course in any branch of Science / Mathematics / Statistics / Computer Applications or equivalent.

Those who are in Final year of degree course may also apply for GATE Examination, there is no restrictions in number of attempts to apply for GATE Examination.

Eligible candidates only fill the online application form of GATE.

There are total 21 Papers in this examination and you have to choose only 1 in which you want to give this test. General Aptitude paper is also be there in GATE Examination. The examination is Objective and if you have scored well then your chances of selecting in Government companies will be more, because mostly Government companies select Candidates on the Basis of GATE Examination.
