Find them into the attachments.

From past few years BITSAT is completely an online test so it became very difficult to get
question papers of BITSAT.

You should appear Mock Test Series of leading coaching institution for practicing BITSAT.
(e.g., FIITJEE, Brilliant Tutorials).

BITSAT Question Papers Pattern :

This is a computer based entrance test for admission in B.E courses in various field and attending for this entrance exm required educational qualifications are you must completed the 10+2 with maths as a compulsory subject and with 80% marks.

Coming to entrance exam paper consists of 150 objective questions completed within 3 hours and questions from your 10+2 level divided in to following sections are given bellow:

= = > Mathematics-45 questions
= = > Physics-40 questions
= = > Chemistry-40 questions
= = > English and Logical Reasoning-25 questions

And this test conducted every year in the month May and June and download below attachments for previous question papers.

from last few years BITSAT has became a complete computer based test. so it got more difficult to get the test papers of last years i.e. 2010,2011. you can go through different mock test based on iit or aieee test,that'll surely help you. also go through syllabus for BITSAT as given in your BITSAT booklet and practice questions accordingly.
