Is the computer science in charge in University comes under first class gazetted officer or not? Can I get the official signature from him or it's not possible? Can you please tell me who is the first class gazetted if it's not the in charge? Awaiting for the response.

No, computer science in charge of university does not come under category of first class gazetted officer. Officers whose recruitment, promotion, transfer etc is notified by gazetted notification signed by the President of India are under first class gazetted officer.

Examples of First class gazetted officer are:

>>All India Services officers like IAS, IPS, IFS etc.

>>Police officer of circle inspector and above.

>>District Medical officer.

>>Commissioned officer of Armed Forces etc.
