Whether correspondence BEd of Jammu University is valid under UGC with 20 years gap?

Hi everyone, I have completed my BEd around 20 year ago through correspondence from Jammu University. I want to know that this Degree of mine is valid under UGC or not? Please help me to know about this asap.
