Whether D.Pharma is enough for general practice and opening of clinic in Maharashtra?

Dear Sir, I have done D.Pharma legally form a recognized college, is it legally safe to do general practice or need to do any further relevant course? If necessary please guide the name of course and places of course in Maharashtra and procedure to open clinic (necessary documents)?
