Hello everyone, I have an OBC certificate of Maharashtra. I want to do my BTech from Karnataka. So, my OBC certificate would be valid while securing admission in Karnataka state? Kindly tell me about this immediately.

There are two list of Other Backward Class, one is issued by Central government and other state government list of OBC. If you are in central list of Other Backward Class then only you can avail OBC reservation benefits in Karnataka.

Candidates who are in OBC list of state are eligible to enjoy reservation benefits in state in which they are recognized by state.

No, your OBC certificate is of Mahrashtra so it cannot be used in Karnataka . Only central certificates work in all states.
