I am Shwetha belongs to Veerashaiva Lingayat. Does it belongs to OBC in central level? If not the people who have no property the govt should atleast issue an EWS Certificiate, but in Telangana they are not issuing EWS. So, please conform me to which caste we belong to at central level. I am facing a lot of problems while applying to central govt jobs.
