Why I did not received the JRF Award Letter yet?

I have been qualified for jrf award letter as I cleared ugc net exam of June 2014.my subject is buddhist jaina gandhiana and peace studies..the problem is I have still not received the jrf award letter as results were declared on 10 Nov 2014.why is it so?and what shall I do?
